For customers who are sending their orders in by UPS, FEDex for USPS, PLEASE use a method that involves a tracking number. The 5$ expense is invaluable in the event your reels go missing. Our policy is that once we receive your package one of our customer service representative will contact you by telephone or email to  a) confirm we have your order, b) confirm the cost c) completely go over your order and expectations.
